Trump signed an executive order to allow corporations and citizens, aka billionaires, to begin mining the moon. In addition, they want to use nuclear reactors to fuel spacecraft so they can mine Mars in the future. Corporations already dominate Earth, and it isn't enough for them. They want more. So, now they want to dominate outer space.
