Former President George W. Bush and his Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will headline an upcoming conference on recent politcal changes in the Middle East.

The Arab Spring uprisings in Tunisia and Egypt could have broad implications for other authoritarian regimes in the region. That will be the focus of a May 26 conference hosted by the Bush Institute, which is the policy arm of the presidential library being built in Dallas.
