Yoo will discuss his new book, Crisis and Command: A History of Executive Power from George Washington to George W. Bush (Kaplan Publishing, set for publication on January 5, 2010). There will be an extended time period in which Professor Yoo will respond to questions from the audience. Copies of his book will be available for purchase and signing.  This event is being sponsored by the New York City Lawyers Chapter & International Law and National Security Practice Group of the Federalist Society.
