The Guantánamo Lawyers: Inside a Prison Outside the Law compiles the stories of many of the Guantánamo detainees as told to their lawyers. The event is co-sponsored by Mayer Brown LLP and Shearman & Sterling LLP, two of the firms whose lawyers have represented Guantánamo detainees and contributed to the book. The panelists, from several law firms and non-profits, will discuss their experiences in representing Guantánamo detainees and their contributions to The Guantánamo Lawyers.
