Comar LLP is litigating Saleh v. Bush. The lawsuit involves the question of whether Bush-era officials committed the crime of aggression against Iraq, and whether they are immunized from civil proceedings from a lawsuit alleging aggression.
On October 19, we were notified that the case would be scheduled for oral argument. Yesterday, the Ninth Circuit confirmed the names of the judges who will hear oral argument. The judges are Circuit Judges Susan Graber and Andrew Hurwitz, as well as District Court Judge Richard Boulware.
If you are interested in tuning in to our argument, you can watch the live-stream on Monday, December 12th on the Ninth Circuit’sYouTube channel. The court’s calendar begins a 9 a.m. PST; we are last on the calendar, however, so oral argument on Saleh may not begin until 10 a.m. PST or so.
Inder Comar will present the argument alongside Curtis Doebbler, Esq., who represents several amici.
