The Washington Institute for Near East Policy will present its 2013 Scholar-Statesman Award to former secretary of state Dr. Condoleezza Rice at a gala dinner Tuesday, October 1, 2013, at The Plaza in Manhattan at 8:00 p.m. The Institute also will honor publisher and philanthropist Mortimer B. Zuckerman.
