Join World Can't Wait and others at the San Francisco Federal Courthouse for a NOON RALLY AND SPEAK-OUT during a regular session of the U.S. Ninth
Circuit Court of Appeals. 

Jay Bybee, the torture Judge, is a war criminal!
Impeach - disbar - and prosecute Bybee for assisting the "legalization" of torture!
Bybee, a key player on the Bush/Cheney torture team, was rewarded for that service with a lifetime appointment to the Ninth Circuit Court.

Bybee is now greeted by courthouse protests whenever the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals meets, whether Bybee is on duty that day or not.  As long as a Torture Judge sits on the bench of the Ninth Circuit Court, every decision this court reaches is tainted.  A court where an internationally-exposed war criminal sits in judgment on anything or anyone is a sham.

The Ninth Circuit Court is currently hearing cases in San Francisco one week per month.  World Can't Wait and other anti-torture folks refusing to accept the torture
state will be there - will you?

The courthouse is open to the public and the press - in fact, the building has historical landmark significance, with a museum display that's very interesting for
students, tourists, historians and journalists; brochures available in the lobby.

    Monday August 10 through Friday August 14
    Monday August 31 through Friday September 3
    Monday September 14 through Thursday September 17.

World Can't Wait is calling one major public rally at the courthouse every week that the court is in session.  We will be there speaking out about the torture that Judge Bybee helped create.  Everyone going into the courthouse will know they're in the vicinity of a dangerous criminal.

Torture is a war crime, and a crime against humanity.
