When Bush came Utah, the people stood up and greeted him with cries of "War Criminal" and called for accountability and prosecution for those crimes. Some gathered outside the Costco store in Sandy where Bush to Sandy to sign copies of his Decision Points memoir. Others rallied in nearby Salt Lake City where former Mayor Rocky Anderson led a rally. See the video below of the Costco rally and the news report of the Pioneer Park rally.

From Pioneer Park in nearby Salt Lake City, here's avideo of part of Rocky Anderson's strong speech:

And, here's the pre-rally coverage fromSalt Lake City's ABC4 News:

Salt Lake'sformer mayor says America's former president should be prosecuted for alleged crimes in office.

Rocky Anderson told ABC 4 that he plans to protest George W. Bush's visit to Utah.

President Bush will be signing his new book, “Decision Points,” Friday at the Costco in Sandy.

But Anderson says Bush committed several crimes while in office and should be punished.

"President Bush now admits he said, 'damn right' when he was asked if they should go forward with waterboarding."

Anderson says this type of torture was illegal.

Anderson also has concerns about warrantless wiretapping and the way President Bush waged war.

According to Salt Lake's former mayor, no one should be above the law.

"Of course, the president should be prosecuted for these egregious violations."

That's why, at about the same time President Bush is signing his new book in Sandy, Anderson will be leading an old and familiar protest in downtown Salt Lake.

ABC 4: “You going to buy the book?”

Anderson: “Nah. I won't buy the book."

This will be Anderson's 4th protest (in Utah) against former President Bush.

But listening to Anderson, it may not be the last.

ABC 4: "What if somebody said to you, he's no longer president, you're no longer mayor, why not just let this visit go?”

Anderson: “You don't ever let the opportunity for raising these issues go."

But Anderson claims his beef with Bush isn’t personal.

Anderson is also critical of President Obama.
