From the War Criminals Watch/World Can't Wait protest organizers:

About 10 protesters, one in a jumpsuit ,with signs, a banner  and a bullhorn were outside the National Constitution Center when war criminal Robert Gates, Secretary of Defense for Bush and Obama was awarded the "Liberty Medal."  They chanted and agitatied for an hour.
